Prusa XL FlexMount

Prusa XL FlexMount - Flexible Mount allowing different setups for attachments such as Web cams etc. Specific setup here was with an ESP32-CAM.

Materials Required:

Printed Parts List:

• x1 ESP Case Back
• x1 ESP Case
• x1 FlexMount Logo Left
  • FLXMNT Text Left
  • XL Text Left
• x1 FlexMount Logo Right
  • FLXMNT Test Right
  • XL Text Right
• x2 Mount Block
• x1 Static Rail
• x3 or x4 Zip Tie Mounts (optional)

Other Optional Printed Parts List:

• If you do not want the logo, there is a FlexMount Plain file - Print x2

Printing suggestions:

• 0.2mm Layer height
• 0.4mm nozzle
• PETG or can use PLA
• Some models may need to be re-oriented

Install Instructions: 

• attached in a .PDF

Software:

• I used a slightly modified ESP32-CAM example file. If interested I can upload that. Otherwise, there are plenty of tutorials on the ESP32-CAM.
• Plan to eventually create code tailored for this project when I have the time.

Future:

• I have a few ideas that coincide with this design; I plan to work on add-ons.
