EZRip paper towel holder, top mounted - improved v2

In the recent contest for paper towel holders, I only found one that suited my needs - enabling one-handed paper towel access, mounting horizontally, and not taking up counter space. This was Ephy's EZRip paper towel holder. 

However, it happens I can't mount it on a wall where I want to use it. Rather, I needed to mount it under a shelf. So I created this remix.

UPDATE v2: I have remodeled the Grab piece, to make it easier to change rubber bands. I found threading the rubber band through the tunnel in the Grab to be rather difficult, so I made a version where you can just slip it in. I also added two raised runners at the edges of the circular part, which contain the rubber band so it can't slip off the grab and catch in the gap to either side. My Grab Improved part should work just as well with Ephy's original model if you want to replace yours.
