Description
We have fume cupboards in the science labs but the sliding sash door latch was broken.
I took a working one, drew it up on in CAD like for like and made a replacement outer shell.
This excludes the steel bolt & spring. So if you have those, you are good to go.
This fits our, and I quote, “Education Ducted Fume Cupboard” which seems to translate as a Clean Air SSR2000 Fume cupboard.
Simply print out and wind the bolt into the areas it goes into, it will cut the threads into the plastic with a bit of effort and persistence.
Files contain a Bottom & Bottom V2, the V2 I amended a tolerance in the threads.
Yet to print this version out but should work all the same. I'll update this post once I printed one.
