It can easily be removed by grabbing the 5mm thick part or by the use of the little cutouts.

Printing instructions:

0.2 speed profile
No supports needed
No brim needed
Textured sheet used
Infill set to 100%
Optional: Color change at 4mm from black to white or whatever color you like. =)
