ROOF BAR END CAPS

The standard end caps on some generic roof bars including these bars from Aldi (Australia) do not fit well.  This is simply a  product of the price I suspect, but it's easy to overcome.

 This version is a push fit, but for additional security I have modified the sliced settings to include a couple of solid sections so that a small screw or pop rivet can be added on the underside of the bar for a permanent connection.

Printed in Prusament PETG on a textured build plate, .4mm nozzle, PrusaSlicer .2mm QUALITY.   Print face  down with no supports.
