Ikea SKÅDIS T-Slot Glove box Holder

Designed for use with the Ikea SKÅDIS and for mounting glove boxes to it in a convenient and sturdy way. This SKÅDIS accessory is recommended to be printed with a 0.2mm layer height and can be made out of really any rigid material. I do not recommend this to be made from TPU, TPE, etc. 

The T-nuts are threaded for M3x12mm socket head screws. Pictured is some stainless steel hardware.

I recommend printing the T-nuts flat on the buildplate parallel to the taped hole. This will increase the strength of the part, helping to prevent stripping of the threads/layer delamination. 

Yes, the threads will not be a nice in this orientation, but with them being M3x0.5 threads, the screw will “tap” the threads into the correct form.

I use this design everyday and have updated it slightly from the images. In the Images the center holes didn't line up as expected. I made a silly mistake there. New files correct that issue and add more hexagons (which print just fine without support).
