Tool Holder parametric (print in place)

This is a conventient holder for all tools with handle like brooms, hammers, vacuum tubes etc.

It can be printed in place and only needs 3 additional metal parts as axis like a nail or the like.

I also add the freecad model I made, as it is parametric and you may amend certain dimensions like the diameter (Durchmesser), the wall thickness (Wand) and the hole diameter for the axis (Loch).

Ad I do not have Fusion nor use Windows, I completely redesigned it in Freecad. You may change the parameters in the “para” Table in the model.

Several models with several different diameters are attached for your convenience.

As the gap between the parts is exactly 0,2mm, you must set the layer height in the slicer to 0,2mm or 0,1mm, otherwise it will not work.

Best printed with a sturdy material as PETG or ASA.
