ERCF CW2 Main Body

I updated the ERCF CW2 main body with sensor and ECAS fitting to use the upgraded latch. I wanted to have ears on my SB so I merged Meowburner with the ERCF CW2 main body and upgraded the latch system while I was at it, I figured it would be good to have a version without ears updated also so I added this version.

It uses a 7mm ball bearing and Omron DF-2 switch for the filament sensor and ECAS fitting for reverse bowden.
