Magnetic White Board Marker Holder

The small dry erase board that I magnetically attached to my fridge did not include anything for holding a dry erase marker.  So, I made this dry erase marker holder for large dry erase markers.  Using a magnet for mounting allows for storing the dry erase marker attached to a fridge door or attached to a dry erase board, including full sized dry erase boards.

Having a small dry erase board on the fridge is handy for quick notes and reminders, but only if the marker is readily available as with this magnetic dry erase marker holder.

Print a few of these for holding different color markers to your dry erase board at work or school instead of knocking markers off of the bottom tray that never seems to have enough space.

A STEP file is provided to allow for modifications such as a marker holder for multiple colors or even multiple sizes.

• Material - PLA (Protopasta Candy Apple Red)
• Orientation - The opening for the marker faces the bed standing upside down
• Layer height - 0.28
• Wall line count - 2
• Infill density - 10%
• Support - None
• Build plate adhesion - None

Additional Items

• A 24.5mm diameter 4mm thick magnet was used.  A smaller or thinner magnet may be used. Such magnets are commonly available in hobby crafts stores and big box stores in the crafts section or on Amazon.
