MiniSB - Orbiter v2.0 Toolhead

This is the mini-stealth burner tool head, modified to use the Orbiter v2.0 extruder.  Print it like any other Voron parts, 4 walls, 40-50% infill in ABS/ASA.   Other than the extruder, this should be compatible with all the stock mini stealth burner parts.  

Uses 3 heat set inserts, one in the back that mounts to the gantry.  The other two are on the top for the Orbiter.
