CNC Tramming - Glass Levelers

Shims are difficult to use and inaccurate compared to these glass levelers for tramming your CNC router. There are sizes for up 5, 6, 7, and 8mm thick glass or whatever flat surface you use to level. Print 4 and make sure for anything over 5mm thick to use the longer knob. 

Make sure the knobs turn easily. There's about 0.3mm of clearance built into the model but if it's not turning easily, you're going to have a bad time. Use supports on the clamp and print it horizontally. 

Print 4 clamps and 4 knobs. The screw to hold the glass secure is a 5mm M3 and is totally optional. My glass fit snug in the 5mm version and wasn't a problem/
