Deutsch DT/DTM/DTP Connector Clips

These are Connector clips I designed to capture/hold the various sizes of Deutsch waterproof automotive connectors. I made these specifically for my 23 BMW R1250GS Adventure but could be used for other applications. The exception being the 15mm clip with the 26 degree 2mm cut that allows the clip to be friction mounted to the left saddle bag. There is a 26 degree bevel bent into the left bag. I wanted to use and mount the DT connector to add lights to my bags. So I designed that clip to be slid onto the angle part so that it would not obstruct the ability to remove the bag. There is not enough surface area to mount the clip on that side.

I can design other clips on request. These are to be mounted with double sided tape. There are already a couple designs here with screw mounts, however the difference with these clips the clip is rotated 180 degrees where the connector slides in and the clip only takes up the amount of space of the length of the connector.

Printing:

I used ABS, but other filaments can be used but be carful of those filaments that are more brittle as trying to remove the connector from the clip could result in the clip breaking. 

I use 6 walls, 40% infill but these are small and don't take long to print so the 2 and 4 mm versions I would print at 100% infill the 15mm with the 26 degree slit I printed at 40% infill.
