The main reason I've made this spool holder is….

There are so many Spoolholder which are using bearings at the buttom. But with this kind of rolling system the spool will be pulled from the bearing, espacily if the spool is nerly empty and lightweight. So I've made this solution, where the spool is mounted in the air by a 3D printed spring and a ⌀32 Tube. With this solution, the spool stay in place and rolls very easily. This is also a reason why many Bambu users add weight to their spool regarding this thread:

Maximum spool width: up to 71mm or less (part is 72mm) I use spools with 65x200

For the reverse bowden I used a PTFE tube (OuterD=4 / InnerD3) without coupler.

Simply drill a D4 hole in the Container. They hold very well.

Also i used Endcaps

Instead of the “(2x)Abrollhalter” I used a PVC tube with ⌀32

IKEA 365+ 10,6l Trockenbox Spulenhalter für 2 Spulen mit Platz für Silica / Trockenmittel und ein Xiaomi Miija Bluetooth Thermometer.

Der Hauptgrund, warum ich diesen Spulenhalter gemacht habe, ist....

Es gibt so viele Spulenhalter, die mit Kugellagern an der Unterseite arbeiten. Aber mit dieser Art von Rollensystem wird die Spule aus dem Lager gezogen, vor allem wenn die Spule fast leer und leicht ist. 

Deshalb habe ich diese Lösung gemacht, bei der die Spule durch eine 3D-gedruckte Feder und ein ⌀32-Rohr in der Luft gehalten wird. Mit dieser Lösung bleibt die Spule an ihrem Platz und rollt sehr leicht ab. 

Dies ist auch ein Grund, warum viele Bambu-Benutzer Gewicht auf ihre Spule hinzufügen.

Maximale Spulenbreite: bis zu 71mm (Breite ist 72mm)

Anstelle des "(2x)Abrollhalter" habe ich ein PVC-Rohr mit ⌀32 verwendet.

Diese sind sehr günstig und sollten in jedem Baumarkt erhältlich sein.

Die Spulenfeder

2 Wände, kein infill, kein top and buttom layer

Für den Reverse Bowden habe ich einen PTFE Schlauch mit Außendurchmesser=4 und Innendurchmesser=3 verwendet ohne Kupplungen.

Einfach ein D4 Loch in den Behälter bohren. Der PTFE Schlauch hält auch ohne Kupplung fest im Behälter.

Zusätzlich habe ich Entkappen verwendet.
