This is a hidden screw-in wall cable clip with straight and right-angle options, with variations for cable diameter and screw cap.
Design features
Straight and right-angle options allow you to route the cable almost anywhere on a wall.
There are small bumps in the cable channel to add friction. If you measure the diameter of the cable, select a slightly larger channel size and let the friction bumps hold it in place.
Top side is chamfered for easier handling and comfort.
Screw cutout will accommodate North American standard #6 or #8 countersunk wood screws.
Decorative cap will hide the metal screw. It's available in a conventional slot or tamper-resistant twin-hole spanner drive. I have also designed a tool for inserting/removing the decorative cap. Just add a bit of 1.75mm filament and cut to size! (Or use an SP8 bit)
Printing instructions
Tip
A transparent filament will help visually obscure the decorative cap features and make it less noticeable.
Main body
Choose the version you want (cable diameter and straight/right angle)
Print the .stl as-oriented (visible face on the print bed)
Decorative cap
Choose the version you want (slot or spanner)
Print the .stl as-oriented (visible face on the print bed)
Cap tool
Print the .stl as-oriented (tool end up)

Installation instructions
Main body
Place the wire/cord inside the channel for the main body
Align the main body on the wall and mark the screw position
Prepare your wall surface (e.g., check for wires/pipes, use a wall anchor, pre-drill, etc.)
Screw the main body in using a #6 or #8 countersunk wood screw.
Decorative cap
Carefully align the decorative cap threads with the main body, and use a screwdriver or the included tool (or SP8 bit) to fasten it.
Safety notes
The cap is a choking hazard for small children. If the cable clip is accessible to a child, consider leaving the decorative screw cap off.
Notes
I designed this model in OpenSCAD and it's fully parameterized. If you'd like a simple modification (i.e., outer body size, cable channel diameter, friction bumps), send me a message and I'll see what I can do.
