Cap hoop for Janome / elna RE20b or type b (like HH10b)

This addition enables the embroidery of baseball caps with the Janome Memory Craft 300E, 350E, 400E, 500E, 550E, 9500, 9700, 10000, 10001, 11000, 11000SE in combination with the RE20b or type b frame.

In the version before V2, the embroidery design must be shifted 1.25 mm to the right so that the center of the embroidery design is on the center line of the hoop. Due to an error in my embroidery file, I had not noticed the error before publishing the hoop insert. With version V2 the error has been corrected.

Further changes with V2:
- Extension of the center line also in the tension area of the shade
- Angle in the tensioning area increased
- The frame is now 0.5mm wider

- 3 top and bottom layers

An outline of the inner frame of the RE20b (umriss_svg.stl) and the corresponding Openscad files are included for adjustments.  

A brief summary of the steps for creating the basic shape (Umriss_SVG.stl) is contained in the file Create.txt.
This includes: 
2D-scan.jpg (scan of the inner frame)
Umriss.png (black outline of the frame as an image)
Umriss.svg (black outline of the frame as SVG)

Usage:
Adhesive embroidery stabilizer is recommended for use, which is clamped with the cap insert. The adhesive fleece additionally secures the cap.

Diese Ergänzung ermöglicht das Besticken von Baseball caps mit der Janome Memory Craft 300E, 350E, 400E, 500E, 550E, 9500, 9700, 10000, 10001, 11000, 11000SE in Verbindung mit dem Rahmen RE20b oder Type B.

Bei der Version vor V2 muss das Stickmuster um 1.25mm nach rechts verschoben werden, damit die Mitte des Stickmusters auf der Mittellinie des Rahmens liegt. Durch einen Fehler in meiner Stickdatei war mir der Fehler vor der Veröffentlichung des Rahmeneinsatzes nicht aufgefallen. Mit der Version V2 ist der Fehler behoben.

Weitere Änderungen mit V2:
- Verlängerung der Mittellinie auch im Spannbereich des Schirmes
- Winkel im Spannbereich erhöht
- Der Rahmen ist nun 0,5mm breiter

Für Anpassungen sind ein Umriss des Innenrahmens des RE20b (umriss_svg.stl) sowie die zugehörigen openscad-Dateien dabei.

Dazu gehören:

Verwendung:
Für die Verwendung wird Klebestickflies empfohlen, welches mit dem Kappeneinsatz eingespannt wird. Das Klebestickvlies fixiert die Kappe zusätzlich.
