Iceriver KS0 Pro Cooling Modifications

I make several models to help with cooling my KS0 Pro's. 

There are two fan shrouds:

Version 1 is designed to direct air only down the center where the FET's are and there are two mounts as i was testing it on both sides. 

Version 2 directs air into the whole opening and can be mounted on either side…..this seems to be the best so far. When using the V2 duct i also make some air restrictors to limit the amount of air that goes down the sides….options if you want to play around. There is also a plug for the hole where the wires exit on the V2 duct….it kinda works. 

For fans I would recommend the AC Infinity AXIAL 1238W with speed controller for the duct fan and an AC Infinity MULTIFAN S3 USB fan for the side. 

With the increased airflow using the duct and 1238W fan i also deleted both 40mm fans and designed a blanking plate to cover the holes. I used a soldering iron to melt two of the legs on each plate as you can see in the pictures, alternative you could glue them in.
