Atorch DL24 Electronic Load case

Materials

• 4x M3x3 heat set inserts (short)
• 4x M3x10 socket head screws

Print the LED light guide with transparent PETG. You can find a nice guide here: https://www.printables.com/model/15310-how-to-print-glass

Preparation

1. Put M3 heat set inserts into holes - make sure the ones with the slightly thinner walls don't shift
2. Glue the light guide into place

Assembly

1. Remove Heatsink and backplate
2. Insert Buttons into top half
3. Insert PCB into top half
4. Place backplate onto PCB
5. Place bottom half on top
6. Screw halves together
7. Apply fresh thermal compound
8. Mount Heatsink
