Notes: 

Set number of parameters or infill settings to make clamp arms solid. Some stringing might occur at the overhang of some of the female threads, the clearance should be sufficient for the parts to be usable even if this occurs.

Orient inner coupling surface with thread side toward bed, add brim if you have problems with adhesion.

Any sufficiently rigid thermoplastic should work fine.
