Quick 861DW hot-air nozzle side-mount

Nozzle holder for Quick 861DW hot-air station.

Allows to mount the holder with existing screws on the exterior of the station with an option to securely mount up to three pieces at once.

There is a place for double sided tape which I personally didn't use since it holds very well as it is. May be useful for the middle piece though.

To mount all three holders print the following parts:
2 x Hot air nozzle holder top and bottom.stl
1 x Hot air nozzle holder middle.stl
2 x Hot air nozzle holder rail.stl
 

The holders require some supports in place of the rail slots. I recommend using paint-on supports in the slicer, see a screenshot for reference. Don't put supports inside the screw holes.

Use 6 to 8mm M3 screws to connect holders to rails. I didn't put the screws into the bottom holder. Instead, I first attached the bottom part to the hot-air station, connected top and middle parts to the rails, then slid the assembly into the bottom part and attached it to the station.
