The Documentation for this build is a work in progress - I've included my CAD file (STEP and F3Z) to show how it all goes together as TBH I can't recall all the details.
Optional Upgrades: Required Upgrades/Mods: Y Axis linear rail Mod - This is only needed for the top panels to fit.Y Axis belt idler reversed to point forwards (You may need a longer belt for this mod - It's mainly to recover lost Y axis travel due to installing the StealthBurner) - also only needed for the top panels to fit. Hardware Needed: 5" Touch Screen by Freenove 30cm Pi FFC Camera Cable Pi Camera Cable to connect Screen 2x DIN Rails (Cut to ~330mm) 2x 420x297mm x 2mm thick ABS/Perspex Panels (DXF files included) Raspberry Pi 3B+ or better to drive 5" Klipper Screen 2x 60x50x20mm Fans for Cooling 10mm 3M VHB tape to hold the fans and fan blanks in place IEC Power Supply Socket with Switch and FuseM3 Bolts and Spring type T-nuts are used for Top panels M4 Bolts and Spring type T-nuts are used for fixing the skirts to the frame M3 Heat-set inserts are used on the Frame Skirts to attach the lower panel (lower panel is optional, and I didn't bother with it) M4 Bolts, Heat-set inserts, and Spring type T-nuts are used for the feet The “foot” part of the feet should be printed from TPU Updates: 8-Apr-24CAD Files uploaded Panel DXF's replaced with STL's My Printer Specs Added Fixing info added More pics added 4-May-24Provided my full Klipper Config for reference 9-May-25I kept being clumsy and breaking my screen mount, so I've added a “Mount Screen Strong.stl” option.
