Remix - Fujifilm X-Series Macro Ring Case Larger Sizes

I love the original design but I needed something larger as I have an MCEX-16 adapter as well. I didn't want separate boxes for each adapter so remixed it to fit both the MCEX-16 and MCEX-11 macro adapters. The original designer was kind enough to share the STEP file of his design, so I've added an MCEX-16 base shell and a MCEX-11+MCEX-16 base shell, with updated step file to include the additions. The top cover can be used from the original design, so is not included here.
