Instructions: Insert the required pressure points into the footbed like a Lego (the areas that do not require pressure should be completed with the flat-surfaced pieces), rest your bare foot on the surface and apply your body weight to the insole for a few minutes making light circular pressing movements as needed.Â
DO NOT APPLY TOO MUCH PRESSURE OR USE FOR TOO LONG!

To adapt it to the size of your foot, you need to measure your foot template on a piece of paper and scale the 3d print in both sizes - length and width - of the model.
