Tapa trasera para Skywatcher 200PDS / Rear cover for Skywatcher 200PDS

He diseñado este conjunto de piezas para la parte posterior de mi skywatcher 1000/200PDs con tres objetivos:

1- Evitar la entrada de luz posterior. Aunque mi experiencia es que no es suficiente ya que sigue entrando algo de luz entre el tubo negro y pìeza blanca original del telescopio por lo que si se desea hay que añadir cinta para cerrar este punto de entrada de luz.

2- Incorporar un ventilador para mejorar la aclimatación térmica del tubo. En este caso he usado un Noctua de 5V por USB para conectarlo a un powerbank o al Asiair plus.

3- Pies robustos para permitir poner el telescopio de pie, protegiendo los tornillos de colimación.

Recomendable imprimir en PETG con bastante densidad de relleno. Yo he usado 40%

La tapa pequeña es opcional y solo tiene el objetivo de mejorar el aislamiento de luz cuando el ventilador no está funcionando

Requiere 3 tornillos M3 para sujetar la pieza exterior a la interior, sin tuercas.

La precisión es importante ya que para asegurar la fijación al telescopio hay que aplicar algo de fuerza, pero debe quedar bien fijado para mayor seguridad

He podido comprobar que los clips originales para recoger el cable del ventilador eran un poco frágiles. He modificado el modelo para mejorar la resistencia. Recomiendo imprimir esta pieza con 4 paredes.
 

 

English

I designed this set of parts for the back of my Skywatcher 1000/200PDs for three purposes:

1- To prevent back light from entering. Although my experience is that it is not enough because some light still enters between the black tube and the original white piece of the telescope, so if desired, tape must be added to close this point of light entry.

2- Incorporate a fan to improve the thermal acclimatization of the tube. In this case I used a Noctua 5V by USB to connect to a power bank or the Asiair plus.

3- Stable feet to keep the telescope upright and protect the collimation screws.

It is recommended to print in PETG with enough filling density. I used 40%.

The small cover is optional and only serves to improve light isolation when the fan is not running.

It requires 3 M3 screws to attach the outer part to the inner part, no nuts.

Accuracy is important as some force is required to secure it to the telescope, but it must be securely fastened for safety.

 

Update 18 September


I have found that the original clips to collect the fan cable were a bit fragile. I have modified the model to improve the strength. I recommend printing this part with 4 walls.
