Description
The LED hood that came on my aerogarden has failed 3 times and I was tired of replacing components on the circuit board to make it last another year. I looked at buying a new one from aerogarden but they are crazy expensive. So I designed this bracket to hold the much cheaper Barrina grow lights I found on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082ZL2L3N?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details You can do some splicing if you want to use the aerogarden power for the lights or just use a smart plug or old fashioned timer for the lights. I am sure you could hang many different types of lights on this bracket if you wanted to use something other than the ones I chose. This solved my aerogarden issues and hopefully it can help others with similar issues. Please post makes if you make this. I'd love to see how it gets used. I made the one pictured out of PETG and it is plenty strong to hold the LEDs. I used the clips that came with the lights to attach them since they do get warm.
