Description

This is a hook for flowers and feeder off you composite decking that requires no screw holes in your deck. I had a bunch of these balusters left over and wanted to use them. I bought these railing kit from Menards.

Found here: https://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/decking-deck-products/exterior-railings-gates/ultradeck-composite-railing/ultradeck-reg-rustic-trade-6-composite-rail-section-kit/3036-072mc/p-1841405561818969-c-13474.htm?exp=false

I know this is very unique , but I'm pretty proud of this one so I wanted to share it.

Most important, THESE BALUSTERS ARE 32MM SQUARE if you have something like that, these will work great. The walls on the balusters are less than 3mm thick. These composite ones are hollow.

Video how to build:

I used M5x50mm (5) button screws and M5x40mm (2) button screws. I used a combo of M5 hex nuts (3) and lock nuts (4). I use S hooks for connecting things to them.

I used PETG to print all the part. The parts used to build the hanger I did 4 shells, 30% gyroid infill.
