Como cada um imprime em um tamanho diferente isso acaba ajustando a folga projetada para o encaixe.
Uma orientação é para imprimir o busto com uma compensação maior caso esteja apertado ou menor caso esteja folgado.

Eu imprimi o modelo em 40% da escala original com uma compensação XY de -0.2 e deu muito certo.

As each one prints in a different size, this ends up adjusting the gap designed for the fit. A guideline is to print the bust with a larger compensation if it is tight or smaller if it is loose. I printed the model at 40% of the original scale with an XY offset of -0.2 and it turned out great.
