Pelmeni maker in two different sizes for smaller and bigger 3D printers

Smaller one: 202mm x 186 = space for 19 Pelmeni

Bigger one: 283mm x 256mm = space for 37 Pelmeni

⌀30 for one Pelmeni

Printsettings

4-5 walls

4-5 top and buttom layer 

I printed with petg 

Use a stainless steel Nozzle 

Application:  

Remove fine stringing from the printed part after printing. 

If necessary, smooth the mold with sandpaper.   

Clean the printed part thoroughly with soap and water. 

Then allow the printed part to dry.   

After drying, sprinkle the cleaned mold with plenty of flour as a separating layer. Roll out a suitable dough and place on the mold.   

Next, fill with minced meat. Do not use too much.   

Place another layer of dough on top and go over it with a flat rolling pin. 

Turn the mold over and the pilmeni should fall out on their own. If necessary, tap on the back.  

Check the pelmeni to make sure they are properly sealed.

Druckeinstellungen

4-5 Wände 

4-5 Boden und Deckschichten

Lebensmittelechtes Petg verwenden 

Edelstahl Nozzle 

Anwendung:

Druckteil nach dem Druck von feinen Fäden befreien. Notfalls die Form mit Schleifpapier glätten. 

Druckteil gründlich mit Wasser und Seife spülen. Danach das Druckteil trocknen lassen. 

Nach dem Trocknen die gereinigte Form mit reichlich Mehl bestreuen als Trennschicht. 

Einem passenden Teig ausrollen und auf die Form legen. 

Als nächstes mit Hackfleisch füllen. Nicht zu viel verwenden. 

Eine weitere Schicht Teig oben drauf und mit einem flachen Nudelholz drüber gehen. Die Form stürzen und die Pilmeni sollten von alleine raus fallen. Notfalls auf die Rückseite klopfen.

Pelmeni kontrollieren, ob sie ordentlich verschlossen sind.
