HarvestRight Freeze Dryer Drain Hose Insert

Use case:

Do you have an industrial HarvestRight freeze dryer? Are your hoses getting damaged or even cut by the sharp stainless steel cutout? This is your fix! 

This is a two-piece insert that clicks together. This open design allows for easy hose insertion and removal during service.

Print information:

Printed through a 0.04mm nozzle on an Elegoo Neptune 4 using PLA+. Your results may vary, but I highly recommend you ensure your printer is calibrated for best results. 

Material Recommendation: Print it with PETG for elevated chemical & heat resistance.
Total Print Time: 9mins @ 350mm/s with a 17mm^3 of flow.

Print setting recommendations:

• Layer Height: 0.22
• First/Initial layer: 0.22
• Walls: 2 walls, alternating (to save print time and filament)
• Top/Bottom: 3 each, Monotonic
• Infill: 15%, Gyroid
• Solid Infill: Monotonic
