Self Watering Plantpot insert

two compartment self watering plant pot with holes to put excessive water into the outer ceramic pot. This is meant as a reservoir without giving the plant wet feet.

Warning I added a screw to make the two comparts attach. I did not test this yet. My original version did not have this but as it was inconvenient I changed it. 

I also included the fusion file so feel free to remix, tweak etc.
