Mini Craft Miter Box Base

My 8 year old son needed to make a cabin out of popscicle sticks and the Mini Craft Miter Box was perfect for me to use but was a little too small for him.

Created this base to make it easier for him to cut the sticks by himself.  You can use the guide to get repeated cuts of a certain lenght, or you can use the guide to clamp down onto the popscicle stick for easier cutting.  

Recommend to screw down to a piece of wood to make it sturdier and easier to keep the box stationary while cutting.

The holes in the Mini Craft Miter Box allows it to be removable from the base so that if you need to replace it, you can easily print the box and replace it.
