Description
Full parametric version of the the stock Ratrig V-Core cable trays. Can be used for other 3D printers or any projects that require cable management.
To change the parameters of the cable tray you will need to open the model in Fusion 360.
Go to modify→edit parameters. This will bring up the parameters table for the cable tray.
There are multiple parameters that can be changed but the critical three are Total_Length, Outer_Width and Upstand_Quantity. Note:Total_Length isn't actually the overall length of the tray as it doesn't include the two open end shelves who's length can't be determined without the other parameters. The full length will always be longer than that value. See attached calculator in Excel that can be used to find the right combination of upstands and gap's between them to get the length you require. The calculator will give you a lower length value that can be entered in as the Total_Length parameter to give you an actual length that you need.
The clip to hold the wires is also included and will automatically scale accordingly to the other parameters.
Can be printed in any of the usual materials, PETG, PLA, ABS, etc.
The uploaded example file is 250mm long, has 11 upstands of depth 15mm. Width 30mm, height 18mm.
