As usual the model part consist a big parts but the very small also so pay attention to the description and attached pictures. As usual be extremely careful during the assembly itself and work slowly and cautiously.
If you manage to damage or break some part despite being extra careful you should "weld" it with a soldering gun rather than gluing it with super glue.

For today I prepared to you the front mudguard, seat, exhaust pipes and some small parts. Before each glue try to assembly all parts together and make sure that all parts fit.

at first we started with the front mudguard

Printing instruction:

  • front_mudguard - 1 piece, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.

If you have MMU unit:

  • registration_number_plate_1a_MMU - 1 piece, white PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • registration_number_plate_1b_MMU - 1 piece, black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • registration_number_plate_2a_MMU - 1 piece, white PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • registration_number_plate_2b_MMU - 1 piece, black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.

If you do not have MMU unit

  • registration_number_plate_1_without_mmu - 1 piece, white/black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • registration_number_plate_2_without_mmu - 1 piece, white/black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.

Assembly instruction:

  • Insert both register plates into holders on the front mudguard and srew them by 2 M1.6-5 screws with nuts
  • disassemble the front wheel.
  • insert the front mudguard into the front fork and screw it by 4 pcs M1.6 nuts
  • insert front wheel

 

at second we can continue with the rear footrests

Printing instruction:

  • rear_footrest_holder - 2 pcs, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • rear_footrest_tube - 2 pcs, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • rear_footrest_rubber - 2 pcs, black PLA, 50% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • rear_footrest_spacer_shim - 4 pcs, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • rear_footrest_shim - 4 pcs, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.

Assembly instruction:

  • Slide the rear_footrest_spacer_shim, the rear_footrest_rubber and the second rear_footrest_spacer_shim onto the rear_footrest_tube one by one. 
  • Connect the rear_footrest_tube with the rear_footrest_holder using an M2-14 screw with the rear_footrest_shims and a nut.
  • Complete the second piece of the rear footrest in the same way.
  • Set the parts aside for now.

at third we can continue with the reflecting glass

Printing instruction:

  • reflecting_glass - 1 pcs, transparent red / crystal clear PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • reflecting_glass_rubber1 - 1 pcs, black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • reflecting_glass_rubber2 - 1 pcs, black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.

Assembly instruction:

  • If you print reflecting_glass.stl from transparent red you will need a piece of aluminum foil. If you print it from crystal clear PLA you will need a piece of red foil (for example from some candy). I chose the second option. 
  • Insert the reflecting_glass_rubber1 into rear mudguard. It is little bit tricky so be patient. Fix it on the place by super glue.
  • glue the piece of the foil
  • glue the reflecting_glass into the reflecting_glass_rubber2.
  • This subassembly glue on its place from outside of the fender.

 

 

 

 

at fourth we can continue with the engine lever

Printing instruction:

  • shifting_lever - 1 piece, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • shifting_lever_rubber - 1 piece, black PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • shifting_lever_axle - 1 piece, grey PLA, 50% infill, 0.15 layer.

OPTIONALLY

  • starter - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • starter_fixation - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • starter_spring - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • starter_holder - 1 piece, grey PLA, 70% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • gear_shift_axle - 1 piece, grey PLA, 50% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • clutch_cam - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.

Assembly instruction:

  • Glue together shifting_lever and shifting_lever_rubber.
  • Glue (optionally NOT!) the shifting_lever_axle into left engine cover from outside. See on the picture below.
  • The left engine cover fix on the engine by 4 pcs of M2.5-16 + 1 piece of the M2.5-10 screw. I recommend to use standard DIN 84 for this screws. It looks better.
  • Slide the lever on the axle from outside. Take careful on the correct position. 
  • From bottom side screw into the lever M2-10 screw. After tighten the lever should not move on the axle.

OPTIONALLY

  • DO NOT GLUE the shifting_lever_axle into cover!
  • Glue together the starter_spring and the starter.
  • The subassembly install into the starter_holder.
  • from rear side slide on the starter the starter_fixation and weld  it by soldering gun together with the starter to the one piece.
  • Make sure that the shifting_lever_axle and gear_shift_axle slide into each other and turn easily. All assembly must be easily movable without bit friction.
  • Screw the starter assembly with the shifting_lever_axle and gear_shift_axle into the left engine carter by 3 pcs on the M1.6-5 screws. Before that, turn the spring 1-2 turns counter-clockwise to tension the spring and hang it in the holder in the left engine crankcase.
  • From right side slide the clutch_cam on the gear_shift_axle and fix it by M1.2-8 screw.
  • The left engine cover fix on the engine by 4 pcs of M2.5-16 + 1 piece of the M2.5-10 screw. I recommend to use standard DIN 84 for this screws. It looks better.
  • Slide the lever on the axle from outside. Take careful on the correct position. 
  • From bottom side screw into the lever M2-10 screw. After tighten the lever should not move on the axle.

at fifth we can continue with the exhaust pipes

Printing instruction:

  • spacer_roller - 6 pcs, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.2 layer.
  • exhaust_pipe_nut - 2 pcs, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • right_exhaust_pipe - 1 piece, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • left_exhaust_pipe - 1 piece, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • right_silencer - 1 piece, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • left_silencer - 1 piece, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • silencer_nut - 2 pcs, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • exhaust_tip - 2 pcs, chrome PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.

Assembly instruction:

  • Screw the threaded rod M3-152mm into the left_silencer. 
  • Slide the exhaust_tip on the rod and fix it with two M3 nuts. 
  • Glue the silencer_nut to the left_silencer. 
  • Slide the exhaust_pipe_nut onto the left_exhaust_pipe and slide the left_exhaust_pipe into the left_silencer.
  • Screw the silencer together with the rear footrest to the rear holder by using the 3 pcs spacer rollers and 3x M2-7 screws.
  • Attach the silencer to the front bracket using two M2-5 screws with nuts.
  • Insert the left_exhaust_pipe into the cylinder and secure with a exhaust_pipe_nut. It should not to be glued.

at sixth we can continue with completing of the seat

Printing instruction:

  • seat_metal _sheet_with_filler - 1 piece, grey PLA, 30% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
  • seat_holder - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • seat_leather - 1 piece, light brown PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • seat_handle - 1 piece, light brown PLA, 100% infill, 0.15 layer.
  • seat_screw_1 - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.2 layer.
  • seat_screw_2 - 1 piece, grey PLA, 100% infill, 0.2 layer.

Assembly instruction:

  • Screw together seat_metal _sheet_with_filler with seat_holder by 2 pcs M2-5 screws with nuts.
  • Slide the seat_leather and the seat_handle and fix it by 2 pcs M1.6-5 screws.
  • Assembly the seat screw by seat_screw_1, seat_screw_2 and M1.2-10 screw. The seat_screw_1 fix by glue.
  • Hang the saddle on the back hooks and secure with the screw you assembled.

AND… That's it for now.
