Panasonic Viera 3D Eyewear battery cover w.o. nose wings

Hi, there.

This is a little pet project of mine. A friend has a Panasonic Viera TV, I am frequently forced to use the TV glasses for watching 3D bluray movies.

Since Panasonic seems to hate people with glasses the nose wings of their 3D glasses are not removable. You are forced to use the TY-ER3D5ME / TPCD32601 Glasses with a huge gap between the real and the 3D glasses.

This causes the 3D glasses to sit somewhat on the tip of your nose and the space causes reflections between the glasses.

Luckily the nose wings are part of the battery cover, which allows to replace the cover by wing less version.

Just print the replacement cover and be happy. My nose is :D

Try printing with 0.1mm layer height and without supports. Supports are quite fiddly and should be avoided as this piece is quite detailed and small.

This model may work with other 3D Glasses. However the source file is included, so you may use the file to adapt my cover plate.
