Ender 3 V2 / S1 / Pro filament swivel guide (2020 extrusion clip)

While trying to lessen the weight of my top-heavy Ender 3 V2 on a wobbly table, i stumbled upon 3DJourney's swivel guide that is clip-on for 2020 extrusion rails (as commonly used in the ender 3 series).

I loved the design but quickly realized that my beefy bmg direct drive setup needs more clearance in the z-dimension than 3DJourney's clip allowed. so i made a 100mm elevated version!

It consists of two parts in order to ensure optimal structural printability for the lower part (clip) and ideal printing orientation for the swivel guide.

print both parts as downloaded. You can use organic supports on the model (not just build plate, but both works) for the small overhang that exists on the swivel model. use 0.25mm z-distance from support to overhang in order to have it release easily.

i used some super glue to permanently connect the two parts, which is more than enough for the minimal force that is exerted on the swivel.

i suggest to add some PTFE lube to the spherical swivel part to have less friction.
