1U 19" Adapter for 4040 Aluminium Extrusion

Idea

An adapter to mount a 1U-sized 19" power strip to a desk/holder/setup. All the strips I've seen so far have the power cord exiting directly in the middle of one side, so that has to be taken into account.

To print

I used PETG with 4 perimeters to optimize strength, otherwise standard settings.

To assemble (per side)

• 2x M6 heat-set inserts (dimensions are for Ruthex, CNCKitchen)
• 2x M6x12mm ISO 7380 screws to mount the power strip to the adapter
• 1x M5x12 ISO 7380 screw to mount the adapter to the rail
• an appropriate T-nut for your profile

Notes

I had good success with the build, but YMMV, especially with other profiles. I used M5 for mounting to the rail because that's what I have readily available.
