Star Trek: DS9 Bajoran Combadge

Here's a Bajoran Militia communicator badge for your DS9 collection. Uses 6x2mm magnets. 

Display stand included. 

Printing Tips - Printing it flat works fine, but if you are particular about the surface finish here are some tips I used for improving it using Prusaslicer. 

• Set seams to ‘random’ which helps hide them better on the orb.
• Use ‘variable layer height’ feature to smooth out the top of the orb. 

Updated May 11 2024 - scaled the badge up a bit to feel better. Was too small before. Now feels just right. 

Filament used was Amolen Frosted Bronze PLA.
