Xbox Controller Stand with oversized AA battery storage

A re-implementation of @thrasher's great idea to add AA batteries to the Minimalistic Xbox Controller Stand from @agepbiz.

When I tried to use the original version of the AA storage files, like several others in the comments I found that my rechargeable batteries didn't quite fit, even in the expanded 14.5 mm version - I'm assuming due to a combination of cheap rechargeable batteries being slightly out of spec combined with a non-quite tuned printer. There was no real reason the tolerances needed to be that tight for the batteries to stay in the base with this design, so I reworked it a bit to have 15 mm holes. Also needed to rework the original stand a bit since FreeCAD did not like working with the complicated geometry of the original stl file.
