Flex Clamp

Hallo and guten Tag,

These are my Flex Clamps. The design is simple and universal. The design is very flexible in what Parts you can get.

Besides the printed parts you will need:
- 12x3 Hole 4MM Ring Round Neodymium Magnets
- Stainless Steel 10mm M4 Threaded Ball
- M4 DIN912 Half Thread Hex Screws
- M3 DIN912 Hex Screws (between 16 and 25mm)

Optional for the base to have more friction:
- Rubber O-Ring 11x1.5 or OD-11 ID-8

For the tension:
Rubber band, or ball pen spring or a bottom spring with ID bigger than 4mm. For example
Length 15mm, 0.6mm wire diameter and 6mm OD like these.
If you go with the bottom spring you will also need a M4 nut.

The Top Jaw of the Clamp is designed to fit snugly onto the M4 screw. You might need some force to get it on, also depending on your printer you might need to use superglue if it fits to loose.
