MIK mounting frame for any bag strap

This simple yet sturdy MIK bike luggage system mounting plate is designed to allow any bag with straps to be easily carried over (see the associated posted make). Maximum strap width is 4cm.

• 2 x 8mm M2 bolts
• 2 x M2 nuts
• 1 x 16mm M3 bolt
• 1 x M3 nut
• 2 3mm x 150mm stainless steel straight rods

Printing tips

I strongly recommend to use ABS or Nylon filament for this, with at least 4 perimeters, a decent infill (20% rectilinear), and some paint-on support on some overhanded areas, like under the locking jaw of the top plate.

I recommend also to print the moving guide sideways.
