Cyrillic letters for clay modeling (sorts, stamps)

These letters have height of 4mm on top of a 10x10x10mm cubic pedestal. The letters are meant to be used manually, imprinting something on a clay surface letter by letter. 

Font - Calibri

Size - 5mm height for capital letters

Nozzle - 0.25mm at the standard settings

0.4 nozzle is a little to big for this, I guess it would work great if the letters are scaled up at least 30%

Print in PLA to have the best look and no stringing and seams issues. Also note that layer adhesion must be very good. If you have any problems, e.g. letters breaking of pedestals, consider increasing nozzle temperature or switching to some good dry PLA, probably without any additives. Also, you don't really need all 4 mm of protruding letters, 2-3mm should be enough and may greatly reduce chances of breaking it. You can chop off a few mm at the top in Prusa slicer, or simply stop printing before finishing

Printing pedestals takes most of the time, so I recommend increasing layer thickness as much as you can for the first 10mm.

Print a small batch (use "split to objects" in prusa slicer) to check if everything is good. I got great result with 0.25 nozzle with standard setting the first try.

Trays were designed for a wooden box that I happened to have. They work nice, but require exact fit in height of the box, so the lid holds letters during transportation.

Designed in Fusion 360 with a little help of vector graphics software to arrange symbols (that's probably why I got so many flipped normals).
