Description
This integrated mount for a 3DO nozzle cam kit (https://3do.eu/3do-camera/763-3do-nozzle-camera-kit-sony-4k.html) allows placement of the camera, 1x LED (5050 SK6812 WWCW 6000K) and PCB on the Prusa MINIs x-carriage.
The model renders and pics should provide a guide for assembly onto the MINI. You will need to glue the PCB mount support to the PCB mount. This support provides a tab that rides inside a gap in the heatsink for orientation.
You will also need at least three small cable ties, one for the PCB mount and two for the cam/LED mount. You will also want to cable tie the cam and LED cables onto the x-carriage wire loom so they are secure. Please take note of the full range of the carriage and how it affects cable strain.
You will also need 4x M2x10 (PCB mount cover), 1x M3x13 (cam/LED mount) and 1x M3x15 (PCB mount) hex socket head cap screws.
I went through a bunch of iterations to try and get the camera placed at the correct angle in relation to the nozzle and also clear the heatbed - this iteration is working well for me, providing clearance as well as a good viewing angle to the nozzle. The clearance to the heatbed is very close, but should work for everyone. Due to the proximity to the heatbed, I would recommend printing the cam/LED mount in at least PETG - with ASA or PC being even better. I have mine currently printed in Jessie PETG in orange, 0.15mm layer height, 4 perimeters.

I hope it ends up being useful for others! Cheers!
