Recommend to use Tree Support for the internal post cylinder otherwise, you'll have to print this with the top face down and the support gets kind of ugly on there. I would use a strong tree as a weaker tree for me, when I did my 3rd print, the D post was a little sloppy but it worked.

Simple 2D sketch using 25% cut out and the revolver. Copied the post measurements and after 2 failed prints finally got the size right for the D slot.
Took measurements from the original but modified it for a faster print time. The original measurements would have taken 8 hours with the support, so I modified the lip geometry so that it takes just about 3 hours on my printer.License:
