FPV 1-Axis Gimbal

I show the original idea at Medlin Drone site and using Fusion 360 created my own version.

This version is designed around the Walksnail Moonlight 4K camera and the AOS frames, UL7 EVO and Cine35 EVO. 

To check if it will fit other frames before printing everything, just print the “base” piece “Cam_Base.3mf” and see how will fit your frame and if the holes much your frames bolts. The rear two holes use the GoPro blind nuts and the front use the frame's standoff bolts.

Total weight of all the parts, excluding camera is 18.7gr. In the 1st picture with most of the parts are placed on the scale, the brass heat inserts are missing so I added the weight of them after.

All plastic parts are printed with the following filaments:

• eSUN 1.75mm TPU 95A for the camera pads.
• eSUN 1.75mm TPE-83A for the toothed belt.
• Polymaker ABS Filament 1.75mm for all other plastic parts.

Other parts used are:

• Hitec HS-85MG servo
• 623ZZ Ball Bearing x2
• M3 Stainless Steel Button Head Hex Socket Cap Bolts (1x 12mm, 2x 10mm and 2x 6mm)
• Shim Spacers (3mm x 5mm x 0.5mm) for preventing bearing binding.
• M3 Threaded Heat Insert x4

I realized in the BOM I did not include the 2 camera housing standoffs and M2 screws which are borrowed from the AOS frame kits.
