Mokin case and cord wrap

Friction fit holder and cord storage for the Mokin 40W charger.  One of the flanges for the cord wrap is separate, so it doesn't have to be used or can be made in different styles as desired. The flange should be glued if used for best results. The holder is designed to allow the charger to be used within the holder and the cord may be wrapped around the holder for storage or management. 

Flange notches are for velcro wrap to keep everything secure.
