88mm Extender for Andonstar AD407

I needed to extend the Z-range of my Andonstar AD407 Pro, so I designed a 88mm extender. I had some M8x110 screws laying around so I designed the extender for it.

The extender will fit and tube that has the internal diameter of 12mm and external diameter of 20mm - probabily for many Andonstar microscopes.
