Description
Modified Stuartc's Balance Bike Stand to be used without any hardware. His model calls for four M6x30 capscrews and nuts. Since I don't typically have that large of bolts on hand I added 10mm thick pegs for the base stands that will slot into the uprights.
Print 1 left, 1 right and 2 base pieces. When gluing together, make sure you glue both base pieces to 1 side, then use glue on the both slots on the other peg holes and push together. I almost glued left and right to 1 base piece so figured I would warn you since it is a little harder to separate vs taking apart the original screw in version.
Print settings I went with 0.2mm layers with 30% gyroid infill. This was probably overkill since it is holding such a lightweight bike.
Also, I forgot to grab a picture of the stand with the bike when I dropped it off at my friends house but it does fit. Check out Stuartc's links above for photos though, it looks the same.
