Description
The design seems to be pretty rigid but it's a press fit so please assemble with caution.
To fit it onto the original door handle, remove the original handle from the door. Turn the original handle at about a 45 degree vertical angle then carefully press fit it into the cap. Once the original door handle is in, press it back towards the cap opening until it seats against the embossed inner rim.
Use small pliers with tape wrapped around the teeth to prevent damage when seating the original handle into the cap. (highly recommended)
