Description
Two grout floats in 2 different sizes:
Don't forget to (hot glue 130C) add a foam float (I got mine from the hardware store), I recommend at least 5mm larger foam as the plastic device itself. It worked better for me to apply the glue onto the foam and then press on the plastic.
The current design is for my small hands (female, 1.62cm). If you have bigger hands, I recommend scaling the handle /grip to fit your hands (and also the space your hands needs between the plate and the grip.)
The design with 2 rounded corners is intentional (for corners/edges).
Happy grouting/jointing!
Print guidance:
Printed in PLA, 03.mm layer height and 0.6mm nozzle (but anything should work); 15% rectilinear infill, solid layers on top 5mm, 3 perimeters.
Handled grip (small version): with drawn on supports under the handle. (came off really clean and easy, a tiny bit of sanding after); I provided gcode and .3mf also.
Smaller grip version: no supports; just slow down perimeter print speed for the sloped region underneath the handle to 5. (see .3mf / gcode).
