1"/32mm Pipe chamfer tool

Tool for 45* external chamfers on 1 inch or up to 33mm (outside) PVC pipes.
I was looking for such tool in local markets but these were very low quality leaving a lot of burs. This one is very simple, easy to print without supports and leaves very clean edges.

You gonna need a blade from pencil sharpener like the one i included in photos.
Blade dimensions are 22.3 mm x 6.3 mm with M2.5 screw.

Print model using any material then simply screw the blade on.
Please be careful as the blade is very sharp and it's easy to cut yourself by accident.

You may need to use a shim to shorten the screw as it may protrude a bit too far and stick out on the inside of the tool.
