Paper clip zipper pull repair

A two part printed shell for a paper clip to be used as a zipper pull replacement part. Glue together.

See the photos for shape and size of two examples of paper clips that should work. If your paper clip is slightly different shape/size it might work but may require a bit of bending to make it fit in the shell cavity.

Remember to insert the paper clip into the broken zipper before gluing. ☺

Super glue (CA glue) seemed to work ok for me when printed in either PLA or PETG. I would not recommend printing from PLA if using this for clothing that will be worn outside in the sun. PETG will probably work ok.
